Title: Sales Analyst

Responsible for financial/sales goal reporting and data analysis for Charter Stores and Retail Partner leadership team. This includes, but is not limited to, managing retail data reporting tools and developing/delivery of reports designed to track and report retail sales trending information, sales goal data, department budgeting and forecasting, sales incentive results and field PMPs to both senior leadership and field management, as appropriate. Responsible for reviewing and analyzing all department data and providing summary reports on a daily, weekly and monthly basis to department management.

MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILTIES
Actively and consistently supports all efforts to simplify and enhance the Retail Partner and Charter Store customer experience.

Analyzes and interprets department data and develops multiple reports, providing recommendations that will proactively improve Charter Company, Region, KMA and Stores sales performance.

Provides system subject matter expertise and utilizes EDW, CSG, Synygy, CMT and Khalik programs for database management reporting.

Provides monthly financial reporting summaries and forecast trends related to department budget process.

Identifies and communicates significant customer and revenue trends for the management team to assist in achievement of business sales goals. Develops and distributes daily and monthly ad hoc sales performance tracking reports as required by Charter Store and Retail Partner management team.

Oversees data management for Charter Stores and Retail Partners, including tracking, reviewing, analyzing and summarizing of monthly expenses, accruals, PO’s and Invoices and providing visibility to department management.

Provides data and recommendations for the development of companywide incentive programs. Tracks weekly results and provides final analysis data of program results.

Provides support to KMA management in monitoring and reporting on specific sales activity to assist in achievement of their local sales goals.

Provides additional data analysis, forecasting and development of ad hoc reports as required.

Education
Bachelors degree in Business or related field or equivalent experience
