          External Description:

          The Demand Management Planner is responsible for developing a 24-36 monthrolling unconstrained shipment forecast for the assigned brands and/orchannels/customers. This involves maintaining and managing the forecastprocesses, systems and data to incorporate customer forecasts from Sales andChannel/Customer teams; and brand/SKU forecasts from Marketing. The position isultimately responsible for managing demand coordination with the supply chain toachieve Energizer Personal Care objectives with regard to profit, volume,revenue, and share.

          ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:


          1. Forecast Development: Generate &
            provide the unconstrained
            shipment forecast to Supply
            Planning/Operations for a rolling 24-
            36 month period in units and gross
            sales dollars for the assigned
            segment/brand/channel/customer.
            The forecast becomes the basis of
            LE�s (Latest Estimates), Operating
            Plans and Financial projections.
            Ensure the timely hand-off of these
            forecasts to supply planning
            through the forecasting tool.


          2. Manage & Maintain Forecast Models
            and Tools: Develop and manage
            the sales forecasting tools and
            models.


          3. Participate in Consensus
            Forecasting: Lead the consensus
            forecast meeting for assigned
            segment with Sales, Marketing, and
            Channel/Customer teams to ensure
            timely development of the forecast
            for the supply chain.


          4. Manage the Development of the
            Monthly Forecasts: Manage/review
            forecast inputs and projections to
            develop the monthly forecast.
            Employ methods to collect and
            enter inputs and allocations for
            promotion packs and displays.
            Measure and track forecast
            accuracy and bias. Communicate
            findings and recommended actions
            to the consensus team.


          5. Develop and Manage Input Data:
            Develop and manage key data that
            impact the forecast. This input data
            may include: historical data, new
            product projections, promotion
            lifts, specific customer/channel
            trends, etc.


          6. Serve as the primary liaison
            between the Commercial team
            (Sales/Marketing) and Operations.


          7. Participate in all appropriate brand
            team meetings and serve as the
            key liaison for assigned brands
            between the Commercial team
            (Sales/Marketing) and Operations
            (Supply Planning).

            � Supply Chain (St. Louis based
            customer service)


          EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
          � 1-2 years of experience in Demand
          Planning or Forecasting
          � BA/BS required
          � Forecasting software experience
          required (i.e. Manugistics, Demand
          Solutions, etc.)
          � Technical aptitude and working
          knowledge of business software
          � Excellent interpersonal skills
          � CPG experience a plus
